The exact course will not be sent to you until Saturday.
But we will leave the AMC lot at Whitby in groups. We will be in our G35driver group. This cruise is set up at this time of year to take advantage of the fall tree colours on country roads (paved). At the same time a few nice twisty roads are usually thrown in. The run from the AMC lot in Whitby to Kawartha Raceway will probably be a good 100km trip.
Apparently at Kawartha Raceway you can try your car out on the track, provided you bring an approved helmet (if you don't have or can't borrow one they will have a few that can be borrowed at the track.). Only one car on the track at a time. There is also a Casino at the Kawartha track. Also, the last meet I went to there were around 500 cars and you could wander around and chat and check out others rides.

One important note: careless driving or speeding is not condoned on this run, and of course no drinking of alcoholic beverages.

Looks like I can't make it, gotta get ready to leave the country . Car's going in storage before tour.

 

If anyone is able to meet me on the way to the tour or before, I'd be glad to send the decals along to those who are going on the cruise who have asked for them. I'm in Kitchener. Wish I could bring them down in person. Where's Charlton Heston ( Pony Express ) when you need'em?
