Surfing During a Snowsquall Warning in Kincardine

Well I thought I have seen everything until today. There has been a snowsquall warning all day in Kincardine. I went out for some fresh air today and was at the Kincardine Beach when I spotted two guys walking thru the snow carrying their surfboards .
I grabbed my camera and took a few pics. It is hard to see them in the a few of the pics. I went back a couple hours later and it was snowing so hard that you could hardly see , They were still out there

Fresh footprints where the surfers walked down to the beach

It started snowing very hard, the guys were still out there. This is a poor pic since my camera was getting all snowy.

So cool (literally)!! Only in Canada...

Love those 'white sand' beaches, too.

That's pretty cool Wayne. Those guys are some seriously hooked surfers. We've got the same thing here around Lawrencetown beach where some folks are out during the winter.

wow... now that's dedication to your sport!!!
Ski resorts are starting to open here (3 open now)
I guess if you can surf for free, might as well save a lift ticket or two

For sure Colin, we look forward to seeing you and M when the warm weather returns and walking along the boardwalk and beach.
Gotta think warm thoughts
