Yeah, warm sunny days would certainly be welcomed right about now. I spent last week in Northern NB (Edmundston) for work and I can honestly say it was the coldest temps I've ever experienced. Even schools were shut down up there due to the cold temps. Oh well, Jamaica will feel nice next month.

This is certainly turning out to be a harsh winter so far. We've had lots of snow on the ground steady since Christmas. Usually it goes away for a bit by now. I haven't been able to get the car out.
Enjoy the warm thoughts of Jamaica. It's been over 15 years since we were there at Sandals.
Similar mixed bag here too. At least the deep freeze is coming to an end.

Back in my snowmobile days I've tried everything from graphite, WD40, light oil, silicone and ended up cleaning them out in warm weather and using nothing but lock de icer when needed.
Wow, that is frozen. I have found lubing outdoor padlocks makes freezing up worse however.

It works perfectly. I forgot to do my shed lock this year and it was frozen solid. I gave it a few shots of this product and it has been working perfectly since.
It is a small Aerosal Can of a product called LOCK-EASE (a graphited lock fluid). It is in a blue and white can. It also comes in a squirt bottle, I prefer the aerosal. It is a bit messy because of the graphite, but just leave it for a day and wipe off the excess. This stuff is magic, I also used it on a car lock years ago that would cease up year round. I started using it and never had a problem after that.
I purchased mine at Crappy Tire
