Attn: all GTA G35 coupe owners...

If anyone out there is interested in upgrading their stock Navigation into an ipod video player, PM me. Many others have been interested in this DIY and I need someone around me to follow my lead seeing as how mine is already installed and I can't really take photos of the steps involved with the project...

I am willing to help you through the project...I live in the GTA...

here is the link to my project:

My question is why only Coupe? I have an 04' Sedan with Navi and judging by your video clip you have an 04' also.

+1, more info and cost please. Also, how sturdy is the mount?, you don't want your ipod banging on the stereo or flying backwards when you stomp on the gas.

the mount is quite sturdy (I used cork pads) very snug actually (I guess that's what happenes when you cut and bend sheet metal to spec....I'm not sure how the sedan is set-up but with the coupe I had to dremmell the hell out of my ashtray slot.

The navigation works better now than before...

1.tv and Nav 2 go unit = $175 can (to give you an aux video)
2.about $100 for an audio splitter (to give you an aux audio through sat)
3.$50 at crappy tire for 2 add-a-fuse circuits and a switch upgrade for the TVandNav2go toggle switch.
4. A/V (+charge) ipod cable -on ebay for about $10-30 can]
5. $60 can for a 90 degree Ipod connector so that you can have your ipod in the docking position...

it ain't cheap but everything still looks stock in my car...as opposed to a Double Din upgrade...
