Driver side window motor

My window motor decided to die on me tonight and I can't close my door because the window will not go down that inch that is needed. Anyone have a solution for that? I will probably take my panel apart tomorrow and check it out. Also does anyone have a driver side window motor lying around that I can buy?

Thanks

Carefully push the top of the window in while closing the door. You should be able to maneuver the door closed.

Sorry for your luck -- hope the fix goes well for you.

Colin.

Sorry to hear, my window motor went last year.

It was an easy fix, found someone selling one here on the forums. Someone posted that they were able to clean out the motor and it started working again.

Apparently autozone? in the US will provide you with a refurb motor, take your old one and also provide you with a warranty.

You might want to see if a company up here will do the same.
