thanks alot, i actually have read this already.. but its good to read again. its looking like a spacer might be my best route.

^anytime. You could consider the copper TB unless you will always be driving in temps over 10 C

i do drive the car into the fall a bit, how would the car run without the copper part??

they pop up once in a while but not often....
The 'classified' section is your best bet.
You can also post a WTB in there.

other than that, order direct from Motordyne

can't see there is any problem. G/L sourcing your spacer.

^ if you find one just be careful with the sellers rep.
these things have a lot of different bolts, spacers, gasket etc.
-missing pieces would make it a real PITA.
