I know in front of Vic's office there are at least 6-8 car space,however he might have cars waiting to be serviced. then its another narrow 40-50 meters which can take 2 cars park parallelly easily. I think after 30 cars Houston we might have a empty lot issue.Since other businesses might be there to load inventory, but what the hell, there is still places up and down the street.

 

I think we'll be OK for space.
Most of the lot related to other business will be empty on a Sunday.

If I get time I'll drive by & take a pic tomorrow.

We were into Newmarket today (Sunday) and I took a spin past Simone.

If today is any indication, there should be room for at least 50 cars.

as you see in the picture , left hand side the narrow lot is theirs, sorry for remembering wrong i thought it was smaller i think definitely 50 cars is even fine!!!!
