GTA - Detailing 'How to' Meet '09
I can't believe it's full, that's awesome. I didn't see it, but is 40 a hard number or are we leaving some room for overflow? Just wondering, in case I have a friend that wants to tag a long to help me for the day.

Hi Kevin,Looking at the spot yesterday, and looking at map picture(google earth, i actually count the number of spaces :P) I think the max number of space is 50, but I think with the detailing guys ,bbq, lions club 40 is ideal. However last resort could be the near by canada post parking spot as they are closed on sundays.Hope this helps!
This is really great. My first time out to a meet and it sounds like I'll be going to the best meet ever.
Thank you to Picus as well, in advance.
And for everyone else that helped organize this.
I'm really glad that the Shriners will be coming out.
I say we all scrape together all of our loose change and really try and raise some money for the charity as well. (Whatever we can each manage, no pressure, of course).

It's great if we can have a great time & also help them raise a little money from the BBQ proceeds.
Helping the Cancer unit of the Southlake Hospital in Newmarket is a great cause.

We'll get a better idea on numbers as we get closer to the time.
