Sounds like we might consider having one member with a cell phone in each group being a contact for their group. Then if you're along a route and it doesn't make sense to hook up at the meeting place you could join enroute. Dependent upon timing, I could see the Far Westenders (London, KW, Cambridge) hooking up with the Brampton Bunch and Sq.'ers on the 40none as we travel.
Just a random thought.

 

Oops , didn't mean to leave out you Kincardians, but you'll be traveling north of the 401, eh?
