Wal-mart, Canadian Tire, Part Source, Part Smart, all of them have it. You just gotta look carefully through the load of American Castrol, I normally find it somewhere in the middle.

Wal-mart has cheapest prices for German Castrol, just an FIY!

Everyday perhaps but not when CTC has it on sale when I buy it.

mobil 1 5w30.

i find it humorous how some dealers push $ynthetic oil$ when the Infiniti owner's manual specifically states that synthetic oil is not to be used in our engines. when i asked a local service rep about that (during one of my warranty visits) his eyes went blank and his answer consisted of "umms" and throat clearing. they were charging $14.95/L, which probably explains why they were keen to push it...

I get my oil changes done at the dealer, and use whatever they put in. I have a friend that works at a dealership and he gets it done for me for $35 including tax. Due to the savings, I do my oil changes at roughly half the recommended intervals, and it still works out to same or cheaper than using synthetic.
From personal experience in the oil industry, having a quality oil is important, but changing it frequently is MUCH more important. If you're using synth, and making use of the extended intervals it offers, you're likely doing worse to your engine than you would if you followed the dealer recommended intervals.
I'm not saying synth is bad, but waiting a long time between oil changes is VERY bad. Change it often, no matter what you use. Oil degrades, due to oxidation, takes in air bubbles, takes in water, random debris, and all this crap messes up a synth oil just as badly as it would the regular kind.

10w30 is a heavier oil. It's a matter of choice.
5w30 for winter as it is a thinner oil and better for cold starts. But I don't drive mine in the winter.

It's not necessary unless you're FI. It will reduce fuel economy and is less fluid in winter start ups when most of your wear occurs.

Agree on the time interval. Important not to deviate from the original schedule whether using dino or synth.
I change mine at about 3k. If I drove more, I'd change it at 5k.
