Synthetic Oil on your "G"

Just curious what type of engine Oil you guy use. (Mobil,Castrol yaaddda yadayada yaddaa)

It's been probably brought up already... but mehhh

 

I have used mobil1 5w-30 and recently i bought some red line 5w-30

 

I use Motul 5W-30 in mine

 

I use Mobile1 10w30

 

I used Motul 0w40 on my Z.
German Castrol Syntec on my MR2 Engine #1.
Esso XD-3 Synthetic on my MR2 Engine #2.

Best to check the Oil Analysis thread on my350z.com, very detailed and explains a lot of things that people should know before making a decision on which oil to use.

5w40 summer

Amsoil ASL 5w30

 

Mobil Syn as well 10w30.

 

whats the difference between 5w and 10w? is it bad to use 10w30?
