MOTORDYNE 5/16" Copper Iso Thermal plenum spacer
I'm in Toronto. I just travel to Vancouver a lot on business. When you use their shopping cart, it'll give you shipping options and prices. As for install, this one is as easy as it gets. If you've got an inch/pound torque wrench you should be able to DIY.
Yeah I read through the instructions and seen the DIY videos, seems pretty easy to follow. Unfortunately I'm a total noob when it comes to installing. But I guess you gotta learn one way or another.
Just did a shipping quote at Ztune.. MUCH more reasonable than shipping from the states!

My spacer (along with ART pipes and brakes) is waiting for me at the Falls. It was $190 more to ship to Canada than to the US. With these shipping costs, you can basically drive over and pick it up at a US mailbox and still end up ahead. It's nice to have a cruise and save some money in the process.

Haven't picked them up yet but if it's like my other times (brought a bumper and rims back) I only paid HST. Planning to go over Monday or Tuesday.
One popped up in the Garage Sale thread -- ITNKICN I think has one.
