Driving home tonight in the wet today my traction control kicked in because i was a little to quick in the power delivery and i felt a clunk. My slip light went on as well as my service engine soon. I drove home since it was only a few blocks an no issues during that time. Checked all the fluids and nothing was wrong.

Reset the ECU and took a test drive. The tranny sometimes now is shifing really hard from 1-2 and 2-3. I never got enough speed to see if it would continue in the higher gears, and this only happens once every 4-5 times it shifts.

It's got to be the tranny and i'm not sure what im in for here. Anyone got any advice or experience this before? I really don't want to take it to the stealership, they have enough of my money.

I'm around the etobicoke/missisauga border if anyone knows a good place to take it in it would be appreciated. Oh, and it's an 03 coupe A/T.

I was looking more for a local place to diagnose/fix it it so thats why i went regional. But after driving it today it didnt happen once so now i'm just confused. I think i'll flush it and see what happens...

 

take it to AMS in Mississauga 1788 Drew RD #2. the guy there just fixed his porches tranny and that was one tough tranny tight on space if there is anything im sure he knows. hes not a mechanic hes a tuner but he will most likely either fix it or know wats wrong and tell you where to go to fix it.
