Rotors may be warped

I've done this b4 and is not a big job, and could be done very easily when your new rotors are being installed.
The glazing and so on can affect the rotors that can equally benefit from carefully roughing up their surfaces with fine grit sandpaper.
I've done this b4 and all I've done is take sandpaper and put a simple and very light crosshatch patern on the faces of the rotor.
Notheing to it and can be done without even removing the rotor.
These things I've described will also help 'seat' the pads on the rotors properly and eliminate anoying squealing.
Try it. That may be all that's necessary and you won't have to worry about where to go.

Just be sure your brakes and rotors are in good shape before doing this bed-in procedure.
Cheers!

I found this TSB on this, but I cant find the details.. mine is doing the same:
ITB00-024e
-REVISED-
ALL INFINITI MODELS; BRAKE NOISE/JUDDER/PEDAL FEEL DIAGNOSIS AND REPAIR
This bulletin is to assist you in responding to customer questions about brake operation, and provides diagnostic and repair information for each item listed, if any should occur. Most brake issues fall into the following categories:
a. Brake Noise: A squeak, squeal, clunk, or groan that occurs when the brakes are applied or released.
b. Brake Judder: A vibration that can be felt in the vehicle, steering wheel, or brake pedal when the brakes are applied.
c. Pedal Feel: The effort needed to operate the brakes is too high or too low.

Well...my Brake Judder has returned. The car is going in to the Guelph dealership Thursday morning. I showed the service manager (Kathy) the TSB, ITB00-024e and the newer ITB09-037. She said everything will be corrected under warranty. Should I be satisfied with having the rotors turned? Isn't that just a 'quick fix' that may lead to similar future problems? IMO if a part is defective then it should be replaced, not modified.
Also getting my free oil change and hopefully the front grill replaced as well. Its really chipping now.

My buddy uses his Z Track pack as his daily driver... he put race pads in for the track, and these suckers get hot. The red brembo writing is now black, and the gold brembo colour has morphed to a copper colour... they dont look so great. Those brembo rotors are warped to ****.... the car shakes like a **** as soon as you touch the brakes. And they squeel soooo loud ALL the time, no matter what speed! haha
But man, that track day was fun

BTW, I forgot to mention - The Guelph Infiniti service dept made my appointment for this Thursday but ignored my 2nd request for a new front grill. I emailed them this today.
Hi again Kathy,
When we spoke on the phone you didn't comment on my request to have the front grill replaced. The 'blades' of the grill are continuously chipping/flaking off the chrome while the Infiniti emblem/logo still looks brand new. They are 2 separately made parts. Clearly something is wrong with the 'blade' part and the Infiniti logo was manufactured much better as it should be.
Sincerely,
Paul McCartney

I do agree, that it's not the best way, but you probably won't win that battle.
RE: the grill
Is there any way they'd let you keep the old one?

Thanks, but after driving almost 30 years and owning a dozen vehicles this is the first time this has ever happened. I doubt its my driving.

Re the grill - I sure hope so Ian. I would really love to have a black grill too.
Actually, if they don't make it right, it's going black anyway.

Today Guelph Infiniti turned my front rotors and braking feels much better, as it should. Time will tell if this is the solution or a band-aid.
They replaced my front grill with a new one but wouldn't allow me to keep the old one . They said they have to send it back but I wonder what I might find if I looked in their dumpster. Oh Well.
They also did a new TSB. Something about the "passenger air bag occupant classification system"
Oh yeah, they did my free, lifetime oil change too!
The service tech, Scott, was so impressed by the condition of my paint he wanted Stephan's (shineinmotion.com) info to detail his car too.
Overall, me and my G are very happy. It's a great day!

Brake Judder Part II - returned and resolved
So, my brake judder has returned.
Back in Sept 09, when the car had about 28k km on her they 'fixed' the front brakes for me under warranty. They turned the rotors.
Over the past few weeks I noticed the front brake judder gradually creeping back. The car is now at now at 62k km.
I emailed Guelph Infiniti yesterday, took it in for inspection early this morning and they completely replaced the rotors and pads, under warranty...yippee!
Those guys at Guelph are great to deal with. They also ordered new door weatherstripping and the adhesive to fix them under the TSB.
I suppose I helped my cause by including the TSB numbers in my email yesterday.
Oh...and I got my lifetime free oil change while I was there
Cheers!
