Just thought you might enjoy a few pics from a track day at Shannonville on Friday.
It was a strange day weather wise;
It was beautiful & sunny, but we had some huge thunderstorms roll through which shortened the track time.
As a result, with most of my time dedicated to instructing, I didn't get any left seat track time in.
...also I had a ride lined up in the GT-R when the last rainstorm hit so I missed that too.
All in all, still a great day with lots of sweet rides
This is what we drove down in.

A sweet track prepped 280Z

A nice 350Z, P-car & M3

GT3

C63 AMG

GT3 & GT-R

A tricked out M3 pulling 617 at the wheels.

...waiting to get out

...running the Fabi cct due to an issue.

& the GT-R down the back straight.
notice how far the P-car is behind him after one lap.

What an awesome day that must of been Ian, sure looked like it was a lot of fun. Too bad the weather didn't hold up where you could of driven the GT-R.
I must admit though, I am not fond of the Z4M Coupe's looks at all. The roadster is hawt as hell but the Coupe's looks are awkward and out of place to me for some reason.
This isn't the best picture, but THIS is what a Z4M should look like, right Ian?

Styling I like both equally, but I'd get a coupe mainly for tracking.

Sorry.... no times.

Ian, you mentioned a number of months ago that you were interested in picking up an S2K, is that still the case or has things changed since you got your G? Btw, how's the G treating you so far?

I'd still love to pickup a weekend toy.
& the S2K is probably the front runner, all things considered.
I just about choked when I saw what you paid for yours.
I can't do it for a while though.
The G is great in the mean time, I love it in 6MT.
& of course a few mods keeps it interesting.
