Don't know if you guys know how lucky you are to have a armrest, unfortunately I bought my G the year it came out and the 1st gen 03 never came with a armrest (as if all the other problems weren't enough)

I bought the armrest from a fellow g35driver from the states who sold it because it was ripped, my uncle reupholstered it for me and I used a simple hinge bracket and screwed it to the back of the center counsel.

wow that must have sucked. If you didnt do to much custom stuff id say trade up for an 04 atleast.

I looked at the work and cost, found it was too much cause I had to change out everything in the center area

 

^^thought of doing a trade up but I rather get a totally different car than the same one again

^yea I was orginally going to change the center area but IMO wasn't really worth it, i'll take a pic of the hinge so u get an idea of how I installed it

Cost was:
- $30USD for the armrest
- reupholstering was free from my uncle
- .99 cent hinge
