Well, maybe some of the paint's not there, but it's been replaced with equal amounts of rubber and Subaru green.

I've been carrying this plate and a new mounting bracket in my trunk since my bumper was replaced in February...
I just can't seem to remember to stop at the MTO to get a new one. I guess my memory just isn't what it used to be.
Only one verbal warning so far, which I promptly forgot about.
