Well, Karen and I decided to take a spin to Grand Bend today.
For those of you not familiar with it it is a hot summer tourist spot located on the shores of Lake Huron. It has a great beach and lots of beach shops along with a nice harbor on the river.
We spent the afternoon there, so here are a few pics so you know what to expect if you head there for a meet. Its a nice spot. We spotted a few G35 Coupes and Fx's along with some other nice rides.
Of course I will throw in a few pics of our new FX.
A Couple Shots on the way of our FX
Entrance to the Beach at Grand Bend
Saw an older 440 Cuda, it sure sounded nice but was painted an ugly color
A few Shots of the Beach
Entrance to the Harbor and Harbor Channel
The FX by the Channel Lighthouse
I apoligize if I got carried away with the pics, but I'm sure after many of you see the pics you will want to check it out for a Cruise and Meet.

I'm not surprised there was parking Wayne. You know with the weather the way its been, the lake hasn't warmed up enough for alot of people. Just the die-hards are diving in these days. Get in up to your thighs and brrrrr.
The economy likely has a direct effect on how busy it is too. Alot of Americans (mostly from Michigan) usually summer there.
I have a lot of childhood memories of Grand Bend and your pictures helped remind me of a few. The scenery has changed a fair bit over the years but its still, and always will be, a great place to visit in the summer.
Anyone nailing down a meet date?
