Question about a speeding ticket
in Toronto usually sunday mornings and rush hour weekdays, u can find a cop holding his laser gun at every 40km zone.
so what happened? hahaha this is so confusing.
DON'T FIGHT IT.
Yes he can add the speed back on to the total speed you were caught doing. He has it logged in his books. He doesn't have to write you a ticket for the speed you were going. He has to write you a ticket for speeding. (regardless of the speed)

If he reduced it, it would say 'REDUCED FROM' on the ticket itself. and they have a copy of the ticket. Secondly a new law was passed where they can now amend the ticket and prosecute you back for the original speed. If i were you talk to a paralegal around the area, cause trust me they can work magic *** if you know what i mean. or just pay it. If its your first one in three years, insurance wont be too hard on you.
