Looking for Truck/ Trailer Mechanic

Does anyone know where I can find a 3rd/4th year or licensed trailer technician within the GTA? Willing to pay $22.00 - $25.00 P/H DOE. Will send you a cheque of $500.00 if you refer someone who I hire. Thanks!
