I'm in my last semester at ryerson finishing my B.Com... Its gonna be a crazzy semester.

 

I am a drilling fluid supervisor. I do chemical tests on the fluid that oil drilling rigs use to drill with and I recommend what chemicals they need to add to optimize the fluid I typically only work 2-4hrs/day. 90% of the guys/girls I went to collage with are police officers, I was going to look into it again with local city police services doing a big hiring push and RCMP looking for 2000 new officers. Once you become a customed to a life style its hard to go back and we bought our dream home on a 1/2 acre lot in Sylvan Lake a few years ago and I don't think we could leave it. I do think about the pention plan the RCMP has and the job security they have from time to time and how much I enjoyed that work I did a practicum with the Taber city police and really enjoyed it.

 

I guess i take the cake.. I'm 17, 18 in a few days but i didnt get my car because it was cheap gd35up i got it because its a classy sports car. my parents wanted to get me an 08 Duramax but i love these cars.

Sacch - I agree with you... it is going to be an intense semester.

Sylvan - It sounds like you miss working in the justice system, but as you said once you grow accustomed to a certain way of life it's not easy at all to just pick up and change everything. But from what I just read it seems like you're living a dream life as is.
