Hi Bill,
I know a detailer who will remove the swirls. $150 for clay, polish and sealant.
A couple guys here have used him, including myself, and are very happy with his work.
The catch is that he is in Waterloo and that is quite a drive for you. If you are interested just PM me and I will forward his info on to you.
Either way I wish you luck with getting your paint looking shiny and new again.
