I am also interested in these mustang wheels, i have only seen a few 17" wheels that fit the brembos without spacers. I need to pick up my research soon to find some tires before the snow flies.

Right, one of my friend uses Nokian winter tires and has really good review on them too. But I think I will go for Blizzaks instead. Thanks for the inputs guys.

Quote: Ya eh, thats good. i know there were some guys who were trying 17's on here but were having clearance issues with brembos... It all comes down to the type of wheel really.

Whats the G look like with Stang wheels??? (pics)
sorry don't have any pics will take it when I put them on hopefully not anytime soon (fingers crossed for extended "summer" weather),

+1 for Nokian hakkapallitta's R I bought them last year and they stick like glue

I've always had good experiences with Nokian's and Gislaved's on my previous cars.

Contact Billy at Tires23 for your tire needs.

best place for Nokia Hakka's is tiresbyweb. Free shipping to Can-am mailboxes in the falls. Drive down there with your steelies and old snows on the car. Pick up the new ones. Drive around the corner to Dayton Tire on Pine Ave. Swap the tires, come back over the rainbow bridge...

I had Bridgestone Blizzak WS-60s on my 17" rims last winter and they were awesome. I went out in blizzards without the roads plowed yet, up hills, all over the place and I had no problems at all. Kinda pricey but very worth it. Even at -30C the tires still grip really well on icey roads, and snow covered is no problem.

Here you go, I bought these used for really cheap hence the curb rash, thought about refinishing them but it's my winter beater mode

i have Hankook Ipikes on the wife's CRV. they bite like crazy...they take the fun out of sliding that thing around. makes for a great ski vehicle though! we'll be heading up to Whistler this weekend, already 400cm of snowfall!

my car stays inside if we ever get a snow day so i'll just put the stock 17's back on with the ASX all seasons in a few weeks.

Quote: Ray I agree Nokian hakkapallettas are great tires, I used them for about 4 years on one of my Maximas. The problem with them was they are harder to get and are expensive. I found Blizzaks to work just as good and were more available as well as being a bit cheaper because of their availability.
I got mine in the US last year. Paid 600 installed and drove back with them on the car. I forgot to tell the customs guy. LOL www.tiresbyweb shipped free to can am mailboxes in niagara falls ny
