I didn't have any problems with the blizzaks, I had them for 3 winter seasons and it still has life for a couple of more at least.

I have had Blizzaks on my last 2 G35s and I will be getting them for my FX35. I personally feel they are the best choice for ice and snow conditions.

Where do you live? if you live in a snow belt I suggest... getting something else lol I tried just driving it into my winter storage with factory rubber in 04 and tires just spun - in a freshly blown driveway. lol
But the dunlops I put on my sister's matrix... INSANE I can usually get a car to dance on snow... not with those tires. I'll find out the model.

I saw at least a couple sets in the Marketplace recently. For sedans, though...depends you fussy you are.

My Blizzaks are pretty decent, though I think i preferred my previous GY Ultra Grip Ice donuts, and would seriously look into Hakkas next time.

I am planing to put on a sets of snow tires on my OEM 17" wheel. What's the best set up for the snow tires. Does it has to be staggered? The wider the better or the narrower the better?

Also speaking of Blizzaks, I've heard so many good things about them. But which model do you guys have? WS-50? Or LM-22? Or something else?

Thanks!

What about the rim diameter? People say it's pointless to use the OEM 19's with snow tires mounted compared to a 17" or 18" set up.

18's are also pointless. 17 or smaller is the best diameter. 18's you cant get an aggressive snow tires, they are mostly high performance ice tires. The only issue with 17s is the brake fitment, which usually require a spacer kit (On Brembos anyways).

Also, anything 18" or over usually bends you over for your wallet.

Ya eh, thats good. i know there were some guys who were trying 17's on here but were having clearance issues with brembos... It all comes down to the type of wheel really.

Whats the G look like with Stang wheels??? (pics)

Ray I agree Nokian hakkapallettas are great tires, I used them for about 4 years on one of my Maximas. The problem with them was they are harder to get and are expensive. I found Blizzaks to work just as good and were more available as well as being a bit cheaper because of their availability.
