I'm leaving for Buffalo in a week or so, Wanted to know how far the Downtown Buffalo is from niagra falls (canadian side) and the Buffalo Airport.

Down town Buffalo is right across the bridge from Ft Erie.

If you're going to the airport you're probably better to cross at Lewiston & take 190 > 290
15- 20 min depending on traffic

Hmm, are you going to be catching a Flight from the Buffalo Airport... or, are you picking someone up there, and then picking up some new toys for the car somewhere downtown and driving it back over?!
