OK..... with all this mobile devices crackdown;
When are then going to crack down on drivers wearing hoodies????
I see more of them all the time.
Today, while driving back to the office on the DVP (3 lanes),
I narrowly escaped being side-swiped by some dickweed wearing a hoodie.

The only thing that prevented an accident was that I knew the lane beside me was clear. (I had just scanned the mirrors)

Hoodies don't seem to be a big issue here at least yet. How about all the other terribly distracting habits of some drivers.
Because there are too many for me to have to kill them all myself.
LMAO at meat-on-a-stick. I've seen worse.
Alberta is supposedly nearing completion of a 'distracted driving' law that I hope will cover all the varieties of dickweedery that abound on our roads. Our MLA is an ex-cop and the one driving this law so hopefully it's both comprehensive and enforceable.

It would make for interesting reading on the convictions.

Lol I wear a hoodie when I drive but I'm always alert and ALWAYS check blind spots. Never judge a book by it's cover
It is great that you are checking your surroundings but if you are cutting off your peripheral vision is not a very good idea.
As far as cell phones go, i still see 20 people a day on them while I drive to work although they seem to be trying to conceal the fact that they are breaking the law.

They are likely exempt in performance of their duties, same with fire and ambulance.
