Haha, yeah that's about it. Maybe they see the 350z Twin turbo on ebay like this one: http://cgi.ebay.ca/JDM-START-TWIN-TURBO-KIT-G35-350Z-G37-370Z-SKYLINE-GTR_W0QQitemZ250512061705QQcmdZViewItemQQptZMotors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories?hash=item3a53aeb509
and think that should be the price.

Those are some beautiful aluminum welds. Did you do those with MIG or TIG?

I've been welding aluminum for quite a while and I can never get that perfect look. My welds are functional but never that pretty. Wish you lived in TO, I'd drop by for a few lessons. LOL

What's the name brand of the welder? Duty cycle?

It's an Everlast unit. You can see it on the first page, first picture.

Well, time for an update. I managed to make the 2.75" intercooler piping fit just fine. It actually worked out really well. So this is good news. I ordered a bunch of stuff, so now I'm just waiting for it to arrive. Seems like Precesion turbo is a bit behind as there are many order that have fallen behind. I did get my hands on some Exa pumps as well, they should be here within two weeks.

So basically, everything is done as far as new "desighn" goes. I am hoping to have the large intercooler here mid next week so I can fit all that in and start with the 3" IC piping going to the TB. As you can see I did my best to avoid 90deg bends in the IC piping. Unfotunetly I had to have one just under the driver side header, everything else is 45deg. Should flow very well.

Here are a few pictures of how things are layed out this time around:

Now it is just a matter of duplicating every bend and welding it all together.

So, is that your car you are mocking it up on? Is your innitial system going back in when this system goes to the customer?

Looks good, a lot of welding to go...

I had to change the contrast of my monitor to read the white lettering on the almost white background. Didn't see a lable first time I looked. That is a nice unit for a 240V socket.

Yes it is my car, an 2006 350z (rev-up) 6 spd. My old setup will be replaced by this (new) setup this winter. This particular setup is going down to Injected Performance for testing on a built block. The customer is shooting for 600whp, should be able to accomplesh this with the Precision 6262 turbo that is going with the kit.

The welding isn't bad at all, about one hours worth.

Must be lots of G's in Edmonton. Have you talked to Karma (Sean)? There was another guy at the last Alberta meet, can't recall his s/n though, maybe some others can help. He's the one some guys put the popcharger on in the parking lot.
