I have nothing to do with it Roy. I am just a member here the same as you. You would have to check with an Administrator, or a Mod with your idea.

I don't think they would go for it at all, I think what is done is a done deal. I really think Jeff had about the only option that is possible to do.
Check it out here: Jeff's suggestion

I see Shane doing some testing, maybe he's looking into it.

Gents, thanks for all of your input. I agree that searching for Canadian classifieds with the new system is a little more cumbersome than it was previously. Just keep in mind that things will be tweaked as we go along, so please bare with us and have a little patience.

Jeff had a good suggestion above and I've been doing a little testing to see if this can be accomplished. In the meantime, a good way to search for ALL Canadian classifieds is:

1. Click on the search button at the top of the page
2. Click on advanced search
3. Search using the FS Canada: prefix

This will list all of the Canadian classifieds posted and will hopefully help in the interim.

^This has been in the works for a while now...

Sorry guys....
Unfortunately things got delayed with the 'one button' search.
IB is working on it, but unfortunately other site issues have kept them busy.

I'll try to get an update & let you know.

There aren't many Canadian posts yet.
....unfortunately many threads (not just Canadian) are still being removed because people aren't reading the new rules.

When I do the same search I get 5 results. Although, that is still not very much for an entire Country. Hopefully, members will get used to the new system.

the fact you have to put the date on the pic alone makes me not want to post on there.. kijiji here we come! all that should be required is

1. name

2. item selling, brief discription with at least one clear pic.

3. location

4 price

5. contact and or email address

THAT'S ALL THAT'S NEEDED the rest can be discussed if the individual has more questions in the PM section or by email or phone.
