This is actually for my Lexus. This afternoon, my wife said the RX got a scratch on the top fender when she was coming back from the dentist. I just looked at it and it seemed someone's bumper brushed against the rear passenger fender. The scratch was deep and needs some filling and there were some smaller scratches (brush marks) along down to the lower fender on the bumper panel. It doesn't seem to have any dents at all on the panels.
It's fixable for sure but it needs some filling for sure and some good paint job as the area is rather big. Just not sure if they'll need to take the panels apart or just paint over the area. Also concerned as to how much something like that cost.
Does anyone know of a very good/excellent body/paint shop in the area? I want this done properly and soon before it starts to get worst (with rusting, etc.).
Its just one of those things I really don't have time for. Sorry to rant but I wish people would be more careful and if they do hit someone's car, fess up and leave a note or something. So frustrating.
I'll try to take pics in the morning.

Just thought I'd share that I took it for an estimate at a reputable place in Aurora and it's going to cost me $550 to get it fixed. That's a discounted price when it was almost going to cost me $700 plus. The guy was apparently someone I had dealt with before so he gave me a good deal.
I know this is about my wife's Lexus, but thought I'd share it with this community since I'm part of it
Here's the painful pic:
