lol be patient Wayne!! it is still not on the road yet since the line up at the body shop was long when i jumped on,it. i wanted to just fix 2 small things , now i have to fix the dent on my roof since the hood came up and smashed my hood, windshield and 2-4 dents on the roof.... just the way my life goes i guess. so i got a new CF hood and new windshield and hoping to get in by end off the week "fingers crossed".
i am also in the biding experience for buying a house with the gf. yikes life is very busy!! but i can't wait to meet up with you for a coffee or BEER!!!!! take a guess which i prefer.

Great pics. Rides are looking great guys!

Looks like a great time even with the rain. You're about 1-2 weeks ahead of us judging by the trees.

^^^^Yes, it was a fun time Deane, except for this guy, his GT3 didn't fair to well at the track that day . I found these pics below on the net from the Cruise.

wowww i didnt think that bimmer actually went through all the way down there, he is really lucky to survive his car with that small thing.

but cant say the same thing for the GT3, damn thats a 10k repair. i was watching the videos almost everyone slow down in that corner cause it was pretty tough passing that part. well no matter how many vdc/asr/abs u have still u can end up in a ditch.

Wayne, that hurts a lot just looking at it. Can't imagine owning it and experiencing that.

I believe they were trying to nail him with knocking a sign down, but he had no visible damage that looked like he hit a post. The sad part, is a guy in a Honduh hit the post and dented his fender. Apparently he was parked across the road watching the Police hassle the Bimmer driver (while he was knocking the dent out at the same time).
Hopefully the Bimmer didn't get charged

Makes you want to cry.
I heard the Porsche owner let his friend take it out on the track and that's what happened. Don't know if that is fact though.

^+1
I think that there is a lot more damage to the P-car than it appears.
The way the right side is buckled in, the whole back end has been pushed sideways.
There's a lot of expensive machinery under that back hood!

when i was leaving the raceway i saw the bimmer guy, he said the police let him go, couldnt find anything to nail. lucky break for him.

well i was gonna race but then the stories about insurance guys going to tracks and taking drivers pics did put the fear of insurance premiums in me

well poor porsche driver, now his insurance wont cover it, i know he probably is loaded anyways but even he did the repair at his own expense still the salvage value after being hit is gonna hurt him so much.well the only person in this world i can lend my car to is my brother-in-law reason 1-he lend his car to me before 2-he drove 3.5 v6 altima, so he knows how to deal with the power.
this is what happens when u give powerful car to someone who never had one.

another link i found:

yes it was his friend who was driving it. I was talking to him and went for a ride along before the crash. He was a super nice guy and was trying to show me the ideal lines for a 911 so I could improve my times. On the bright side my laps after the ride along were way better! But it sucks for him, it was his dream car and he just bought it 2 weeks ago! I really feel for the guy...
