But it sucks for him, it was his dream car and he just bought it 2 weeks ago! I really feel for the guy...
+1... he must feel like absolute schite right now. (both of them)

Last year at Shannonville, (with the group I often track with),
I didn't have a car to run, so I was doing some noob instructing.

One of my good friends (Caddy), that also owns an M Coupe, offered his car to me to do a few laps in.
Even as an experienced track driver, I didn't do it because I would never take that chance with someone's car.

My friend that rode shotgun with me on the cruise was saying the same thing to me. Would be irresponsible of him to even ask to drive my car around the track. You never know what can happen.

+1 on both comments, its sometimes ok to borrow your buddy's car but to a racetrack is too risky. i wouldnt do it especially on track, my buddy always ask me to borrow his 2009 x5 fully loaded, i always pass on that, i cant take the blame and stress on a possible accident. especially german cars are so expensive when it comes to maintenance.

Okay, I know who you are now. That's right, I was talking to you when I first got there in my FX.
Nice ride.
