Is this a good price for a Greddy TT KIT

woundering if any could help me by letting me know if this is a good price for a Greddy Twin Turbo Kit with BOV and intercooler for $8500 CND

That's an excellent price. Greddy TT kit is msrp $6500 US, plus another $1200 or so for the intercooler & BOV. Is it used? I don't see why anyone would sell a new kit that cheap.
