High Flow Cat

Hey guys,
I have an important question that I couldn't find an answer to.

I bought a Topspeed Pro 1 catback exhaust recently and will be putting it on this friday.

I am worried that if I install that exhaust I will set off my SES light and/or break my 02 sensor, and will I be able to pass my emissions test early this fall?

Anybody got a clue what I'm talking about or am I just dumb? lol

Are you installing HFCs and exhaust?

I don't want to sound like a jerk or anything, but i don't think you're installing cats,
Catback means you'll be keeping whatever cats you have on there atm, unless you bought your own HFCs and will be installing them WITH the TopSpeed Pro-1.

If thats the case, then i'm curious about HFCs and emissions too. I was thinking about getting the Kinetix HFC a while ago but gave up on it after i thought about failing the e-tests.

If your factory cat is still on, then your emissions shouldn't change one bit.

I think youre refering to the pipes above the y-pipe?

I dont think those are the cats, they definitely dont resemble the shape of our cats.
I think theyre just piping that run between the back of the y-pipe assembly and the mufflers (because i dont see any mid-pipe anymore)

Correct me if I'm wrong, but thats what our cats should look like. The pieces in the N1 dont seem to have the right bend =P and given their diameter, they would look more like test-pipes than actual cats~

Another HKS rip off, weeeeird.

I'm not seeing what you guys think are TPs or HFCs. If you're referring to the things in the very top of right of the 1st picture those are what connect the mid pipe to the mufflers. The shorter ones are extensions.

haha oh man I hope its not an HKS replica, because I've did my research they've said it wasn't

Topspeed Auto is suppose to be a name brand so I've found, they even have a page!
http://www.topspeedauto.com/

This is what its suppose to sound like though, I think its great!

They build knock off exhaust systems among other things by looking at the web page most of the exhausts have the word "style" after them, style=knock off and that is an HKS knock off. Cat back means from you factory cats back....so the factory cats stay in place.

They 100% ripped off the design of the HKS. The dual canister muffler belongs to HKS, they're liars if they say otherwise.
