Its too bad that the cops were such p*icks to the gumballers. If you saw the interview on tv, the gumballers were talking about how they have never seen as many police as they did in Toronto. What I dont get is why harrass the wealthy that will be supporting the economy during their way through. Harrass them enough and they will route around Ontario next time.

The police can go to the 407 can impound cars all day if they really want to, but instead decide to hawk eye some of the most exclusive cars in the world...

On a tangent note, if you watch some of the European coverage, they had Enzos, and F40, another veyron and some other rare sick vehicles that didnt make it to the north american lag.

 

You got to be kidding. What gives these rich Dickweeds the right to speed through our roads while they could be endangering other families etc that are on the roads. Totally ridiculous to make that statement.
It is a different story if it is on closed roads, but it is not.

 

No, i think you missed my point. I am not stating that they should let them speed through the province, thats the reason we have speed limits. I was stating that I think that the police were overdoing it by monitoring their every move along the 401 and 403 waiting for them to make a mistake when we have people in our own province that continually do it daily.

The same thing happened to me everytime I went north. In 11 months I was pulled over 5 times by police as a target with the G, whereas when I drive the beater not once am I even considered to be pulled over.

 

that cp 24 news says, "bmw 350i", that would be awesome if they actually make a model like that probably 550i or 335i
