but I am waiting for Wayne to post his pictures
Everyone had very nice and unique cars
Dustin and I cruised the lakeshore on his way out of town and I will have to admit his car looks pretty fierce (no one quote that i want to be able to delete it if his head gets too big). Very well done cars all around our G scene in Alberta is certainly thriving.
He means wgm, I didn't take too many and Wayne Mc's are always better. I agree it was pretty wicked having FIVE boosted cars turn out!Originally Posted by Sylvan Lake V35

Hey, I thought we were starting a new thread for the pix. Ah well, that's ok.
I'll have them up within 90 minutes.

How was your mileage? I got 400 km on half a tank. Best I've ever had.Originally Posted by huckersideways

I don't think it was that good. But it probably wasn't as bad as the speeding Lexus suv I was following. Still managed to have over a quarter tank when I got home, and that was with filling up when we arrived in red deer at 2.Originally Posted by wgmg35

Beautiful car, lots of comments about the speakers in the headrests, and I was definitely coveting those brakes. Originally Posted by interalian

I burned about 2/3 tank for the ~400km. 5AT doesn't do that well on the highway compared to 6MT... Originally Posted by wgmg35

Takes me back to when I owned my 84 Fiero (yes I did and proud of it) Speakers right beside your ears kicked ***. If you put your head right against the rest it sounded fantastic.Originally Posted by SwivelHips

You guys and your fuel...I had a ton of fun blowing by people on the higway. No time to look at fuel consumption..lol. This kid with a new 3.8 Genesis sure got a heck of a suprise.
Good to see some of you regulars again.

Yes, I'm sure "being in the middle of a 1000hp sandwich" was not on his to-do list for the day, LOL!
