OFFICIAL 2010 FIFA World Cup Thread

Cant wait!!!

Who do you guys think will take it? Who do you see as the dark horse of the tourney?

Im going with Spain all the way, when they play its poetry in motion

Without Benzema and Nasri I think France will bow out early, I also think Italy will disappoint...

I got Germany as my dark horse.

I've been looking so forward to the world cup. Italy, Spain and Brazil are going to be tough to beat IMO. Germany, Portugal, and SA are my dark horses. It should be a great world cup!!

Maybe it's the year for the Dutch. I had high hopes for the Ivory Coast, but without Drogba it doesn't seem too likely.

Spain is the favorite...its too bad ivory coast got stuck in a group with Brazil and Portugal, they coulda made it past the round robin otherwise.

England showed again that they dont have what it takes to win this thing, even i know its too early.

spain-argentina-brasil-holland semi-finals, but i know one of this will be eliminated by a huge upset in quarter finals.

italy might be a huge disappointment, i personally like ivory coast heard reports that drigba might return for the first game (if correct amazing recovery, real lion)

was an easy game with Germany, safe to say them and Ghana will qualify easily. Algeria game was boring, 2 bad goal keeping in two days, England yesterday now Algeria. Even today first German goal was a huge goaltending mistake.
