HKS Sports Exhaust

My HKS Sports Exhaust has finally arrived; I am still awaiting delivery of the correct rubber exhaust hangers. Once the correct rubber exhaust hangers have arrived, I will have the exhaust installed.

I will try to post pictures of the completed install and video so you can hear sound of the exhaust.

I purchased my exhaust from B2 Auto Designs, which are located in Tampa Florida.
My order was placed and completed before the May 6th Flash Crash that saw world markets drop over 3%. Before the 6th of May, Canadian currency was trading at effective equivalency with the U.S. dollar so I was not losing in the currency exchange. The cost breakdown is as follows:
• $425.00 USD for the HKS Sports Exhaust
• $54.00 USD for UPS expedited shipping to Ajax, Ontario
• $71.67 CDN for duty and taxes
• $62.17 USD for the rear exhaust mounting bracket, rubber exhaust hangers and affixing bolts.
• $16.71 CDN for duty and taxes on the exhaust-mounting bracket, rubber exhaust hangers and affixing bolts.
• Total is $629.55 CDN

over $600 is really steep for an axleback.

Still sounds so sick though..

The MSRP of the HKS Sports Exhaust is $525.00 USD http://www.hksusa.com/products/?id=789 . The Stillen Gen II retails for $1,102.49 at www.everythingg35.com and would still need to be shipped; the only saving would occur in thee duty fees since the exhaust is made in the U.S.A. I prefer the look and sound of the HKS over the Stillen Gen II.I have also found the Stillen to have too much NVH for my taste.

Better not tell you what I paid for mine; lucked into one locally so I incurred none of the shipping charges and such.

BTW, spellcaster, these are all sedan pieces so the numbers don't apply to your coupe.
