TSX looks better than the new TL(in plain form) IMO

 

^^^ just saw a TSX with the sports front/rear bumper and side skirts... and it makes a world of a difference! I might be installing this for my wife's TSX in the near future.... but guess what.. tee hee :P .... I got the X6.

The TL A-SPEC is an amazing car...even the guys at BMW was surprised to why I was letting it go after they did a testdrive in it... but everytime I saw an X6.. my inner urge for it kept killing me... i finally decided to just get it. I lost quite a bit of $$$ after only 3 weeks of owning the TL but now i'm happy!

its a fully loaded 09 X650i with all the packages. sports / premium / sound / comfort / climate / wheels / etc. with 15K on the ticker. So far, NO ONE KNOWS lol.... except my wife and kids and my fellow Gdrivers ... i'm just gonna drive around til all my friends/family/coworkers find out...

I was on the BMW forums and its not just as exciting as our forum here! besides... i'm still a Gdriver

Thanks but I think you are going to be pretty disappointed with my decision.. even though it might be very immature of me to switch a car after 3 weeks, I think going after what I wanted in the first place is going to keep me happy for a long time!

everything happened within a blink of an eye... BMW dealer called me when the type of X6 i wanted was available.... then instead of telling him "no i already bought an Acura" ... i simply went to my wife.. told her that I needed to get it. and 24 hours later.. i was the owner :P...

 

The X6 (and the Honda Crosstour/Acura ZDX) are proof that people definitely share different tastes in vehicle designs.
Personally, they remind me of an 84 AMC Eagle (In appearance only)
Not hating, I'm sure its nice and still fun to drive although Jeremy C didn't think so.

I got the 5.0. n I just wanted something that can haul a bunch of stuff for long trips but drives like a coupe instead of a truck. And your also right about the tastes
. Not everyone is a fan of the crossover look.

 

The Eagle 4x4 was a 'crossover' before there where crossovers. When I was a teen my uncle visited us with his brand new one. We were all so impressed as he made his own driveway, along the left side of our house, through 2' of snow. The real driveway was full with other visitors cars.
