screwed after differential oil change

I asked for a written note/ letter kinda deal, the district manager of Mr.Lube has to get that written from a paralegal person :P (news to me) he will be in contact later today.

guess i will update this.. the district manager refuses to write anything in written ... says "we will look into the situation if the infiniti mechanics say it is our fault" and when I asked what does he mean by look into, he says he will see what the mechanics says, and his word is good enough that if it is their fault they will pay :|

okay ... So guess what had happened ?

a bolt from the rear breaks came off .. i have not gotten the complete story from infiniti yet, but apparently they ordered the bolts form the rear breaks :| I am not sure which bolt he is talking about but I will give the service rep a call soon

differential is fine

What a relief. Hopefully the brakes are okay, too.

yeah, but I am really surprised that a bold would come out just like that ! considering I was on the highway just couple of weeks ago doing 200+ for a few stretches here and there, it might be that my tires were balanced the the vibrations on high speeds were from the breaks ... and I changed my rotors and pads myself about 2 months ago. (drilled/slotted from R1Concepts)

i know i checked all the bolt and torqued them , but after 2 months it would fall out is weird. I will have my car on friday though so it will be awesome, i will come to the mini meet

WOOHOO

yeah .. the stealership charged me 380 $ to put 1 bold and washer on the breaks

^Be happy you don't own a BMW. I'm paying a lot more now than with Infiniti.
