Canada Day

I thought I would mention Canada Day again. In another thread we were talking about what we were doing.
Well Karen and I always look forward to Canada Day. It is a Day when we appreciate our Country and our love of it from the East Coast to the West Coast.
We would not want to live anywhere else. We truly do love Canada.

The thing we love to do on Canada Day is get together with our Grandkids. For the last few years our younger daughter and her family join us on our boat to watch the fireworks display off Kincardine Harbour. (Our older daughter lives in England, so we will be seeing her family and our son in a couple of weeks.)

Here are a few pics from last night:

Myself and my 3 year old Grandaughter waiting in the boat for it to get dark

Oh Boy they are starting she Yelled

Our 1 year old Grandson was mesmerized in the back of the boat, we never heard a peep from him.

Our Grandaughter ran to the back of the boat yelled out her excitement with each display and explosion.

A few pics of the display

All in all it's was a fun night.

and We are so proud that:

We are CANADIAN

Great Pics Wayne. There is no better place to live than Canada. However, there are lots of great places to visit.

Right on Wayne. We're very fortunate indeed to live in this country.
