Re: Maintenance Info Required!

I have had my car a year, no maintenace to date at the dealer, 51,000km. I get the oil changed every two months(synthetic). I go by the schedule three in the manual. It really depends on your type of driving, I do a lot of hwy. If you do a lot of city, then go by schedule 1 in the manual.

There is no reason to get regular maintenace at the dealer unless you want to waste your money. As long as you keep records of maintenace done elsewhere, warranty is still good. I live quite a destance from my local dealer. As long as it is non warranty a Nissan dealer can work on your car, same engine as Maxima and 350Z.

I believe the cabin filter has to be replaced every 24K too.

Yeah but there is also the distance interval of 6,000 kms and Seinsmeld already has 51,000 kms on his 2004 so that means on average at least every 2 months if not sooner!

Search for my post on this topic- 24K- 174 bucks at the Nissan dealer. Or you can buy a 125 car wash from Infiniti

HUH? Are you trying to say that a Nissan dealership services Infiniti vehicles for less? What dealership are u referring to if this is the case? Im probably going to get my car services at my friend GOODYEAR CERTIFIED DEALERSHIP IN RICHMOND HILL. I will end up saving the most!
