I took my car there for the recall and got a loaner for the day. When it was time to get my car back they said that when they washed it the front bumper paint flaked because of a rock chip. They're going to now take care of me by getting my front bumper repainted and give me a loaner car for the downtime. Not to mention I have an aftermarket front bumper, plus it was swirled to **** so I'm actually kind of glad this happened.

Also awhile back they gave my girlfriend a rose and gave us two free tickets to a local spa.

Best dealership ever.

Anyways back to topic, this Dealer that fullvietFX is referring too seems great to deal with, we could use a lot more of them.

 

The guys at Agincourt nissan/infiniti in scarborough are good too. My old man purchased a brand new altima back in 08 and his free oil changes ran out...he gave us another 12 free oil changes (its a card) and did the maintenance 2 (which is pretty pricey) free of charge...its good to have some good dealerships out there, especially when you hear of all these horror stories out there...
