This always happens to mine. The car is debadged, but I get everything from Toyotas to Hondas and Acuras. And believe me ticket will not be thrown out. As long as they got the correct license plate number, the ticket will stand. Believe me I tired.

1.0 Incorrect or Missing Data on the Parking Ticket
Parking tickets may be cancelled where there is sufficient evidence to indicate that any of the
following apply:

The third word is the key, "may". When I went to court in a similar situation the Judge chose not to dismiss, he just asked me if it was my car that incurred the ticket. Regardless, the best of luck to Bahram, make sure you let us know how this turns out.
Thanks for wishing me luck too loll....I just called them and all those I listed there from the website DO CANCEL THE TICKET...I did it over the phone took 30 seconds...they ask for your ticket number and as long as they see that the make was entered incorrectly on their screen the ticket is cancelled...
So thanks for all your helpful tips guys...
very helpful

Bless you Nitish, I never thought I'd say it but you are right! Customer service does cancel the ticket if the model number is incorrect, even though they don't legally have to

I guess that's T.O. They must have so much red tape that they don't have the time to enforce tickets that people should pay if/when they are deserved.
Lucky for some of you guys, i guess.
Now everyone in T.O. will debadge, park where/when and how they like and hope for the best. Spread the word

Come into Philadelphia and guarenteed they dont drop a ticket. But congrats to you, if I had that luck probably would have saved a couple hundred in the last year.

it was never left up to the judge (a non-legally trained justice of the peace to be more accurate)...it was left to a sweet customer service rep for toronto revenue

Got another ticket last night

Once again I apparently drive a Toyota (that's 4 tickets in a row now). I'm pretty sure the ticket cops just write Toyota for anything they don't know about

But this means my ticket will be revoked once again...Win Win!
