thats what im saying...i wont do a hardware upgrade or buy a phone that has the same look from 3-4 years ago...might as well try something new like the Samsung Galaxy S line...supposedly a great phone...

I think they have changed quite a bit. Here's my BBRY progression and my initial thoughts shortly after I received each:

Wow! this is cool, as I tossed my Bell Mobility, Motorola pager in the trash. You remember pagers....don't you?


Look at all this stuff...and it's in Colour, wow again! (7250)


This one was a waste of time.(7130e) NEVER EVER get half a keyboard!


I still have my 8830 and its great but....it's time for something with a fun factor


Time for the Torch!

^lol had the same phones as you (7250/8830) and they still work nothing wrong with them

as for something new/"real" they have changed quite a bit upto BB Bold era, didn't bother getting a Bold because did not see much improvment from 8830 to a Bold, 8830 to a Torch hell yeah...I guess whoever has a Bold will see a better improvement when something else comes out after the Torch era...hopefully it wont be 2-3 years

ive had one for a few mts now and am going back to my 9780 the torch is to heavy. yes i work at rim

Can you get the hook-up or what?

I've gone through two bolds now (first was stolen, second broke and can't get fixed) and it looks like I need a new one.
