End of the season for my G

Sad week this week. Car will be heading into hibernation. Weds with bald tires comes off and on go my cambered stock 18s lol

Tonight I'll be doing my final vacuum quick wash and wax then it should be away by Wednesday at the latest.

Hello to 6L/100km!!!

Defintely getting to that time of the year. Yesterday my tpms light went off so I figure another 10 more degrees colder and on go winters. If there any consolation its that were getting some extra ponies with the colder weather.

Very true, the car always feels a little more swift in the cooler weather. Which is what I like about fall. Too bad this year my daily commute isn't what I what to be punishing my G with. Normally the car will stay out till at least November.

Just got back from a Pennsylvania road trip this past weekend.
It was a fun drive with a 335i and a Cayman S!

I'll be storing mine within the next week or so...

I'll be holding out as long as possible, even if it's just to do a trip around the block.
Winters are too damn long as it is.

I will run mine till the snow stays, it only sees weekend duty anyway but I am debating pulling the motor while I can still drive it in order to save me on the towing costs.

Same here Ian. I plan on driving the S2000 as long as possible this fall. If the weather cooperates, hopefully I'll get another month out of it. It's been a very wet September, but it was a sunny day today and 17C........I just had to get out for a top down cruise this afternoon.

Winters will go on in two/three weeks and I'll do the Jeep for winter weekdays and the G for dry weekends.

Roy, Lexus was going to cost me more than I wanted to spend on it.

If you know anyone who wants it let me know!

My rear tires are showing bands and since I'm going with wider wheels next year I don't want to buy new tires (that will be useless after) for wheels that are soon to be sold.

I'll still have some fun in my civi...errr 1.6el.

With the weather the way it's been, it seems like summer just got here so putting the car away is the farthest thing from my mind. Im not parking it until the snow stays on the ground.
