I thought that trunk looked familiar... I think if you look closely enough at the pic you can see my drool mark on it!

 

Its actually the MG2 which is very similar to the HD trunk except for the dip in the lid of the trunk.

I am the same, i had time to jump on the trunk if I really wanted it, I have been trying not to impulse buiy car parts so i wait at least a couple days to see if I really want it or not.

One thing I got scooped on almost a year ago it still pisses me off to this day.

I had my eye on a 1975 Datsun 620 king cab truck it was in Rockey Mountain House I was waiting watching the truck for about a month It was early December I thought I would wait till after Christmas to make the guy an offer, nI was off over Christmas for about 10days i waited till I was back at work because I was working around Rockey so i thought i would go look at it one day when i was working. So i called the guy the one night to set up an appointment to go look at it, he said someone from Calgary was coming in the morning to look at it but if they didn't take it i could come look at it. Now it was Saturday night I was late to meet my wife to go out for supper, but i ran to the bank machine took out the money and was going to just go pay the guy and hope the truck was what he said it was. Anyway I called a few guys and asked if I was out of my mind...my friends said wait if it was meant to be it will happen well a year later I still can't even find another one for sale but I think of the TON of cash I have saved by not having to restore that truck

Most things though I try to give it a few days because i am super impulsive.

O yes before I was going to buy the same one but ended up buying vis racing carbon fiber oem style trunk and spoiler mainly because I bought all the CF stuff for the car together so I got a good deal ...

 

Haha. I can ship you the trunk if you wana fly over here and build me a motor? :P This was a total impulse purchase, I was going to get in a group buy for an HD trunk but with this being in Canada it was the better decision. Sorry Dood :P

Also the seibon carbon fiber front lip in my avatar I smashed it about 3 months ago then bought another lip ( dspec carbon fiber lip ) ... So I got to get some more recent pics lol

 

Fedex just dropped off the stance LX+ Coilovers .... Anyone know a good shop to get them installed?

 

Do they come preloaded? Its not a tough install from what I understand. Over the winter you should give it a go!
