Damn, Glad I'm Not In Alberta Now!!

Holy crap just looking at some current temps in Canada right now..........damn you guys/gals in Alberta are certainly getting some frigid temps for this time of year. Currently -17C with lows of -23C tonight??? Damn!

We certainly haven't had anything even remotely close to that so far (knocks on wood) yet. I think the lowest temp we've seen here so far has been -1C. Just 6 days ago I went for a beautiful top down drive in the S2K where it got to almost 20C.

Hopefully you guys will come out of that cold snap soon!

Hopefully a chinook will pass through soon Wayne. While we've had some pretty decent temps, with the exception of a couple of sunny days, we've also gotten a gazillion millimeters of rain as well. The river that borders my property has been unbelievably high recently due to extremely heavy rains. Oh well, better than snow I guess.

So true. That's snappy cold, especially for this early in the cold season. We had a week of lots of rain a while back. The only good part was temps were very warm.

+13 here today. The low last night was +8. The trend is to colder though with more "normal" temps.

Deane, I'm sure you had a fantastic weekend there last weekend as well. The temps were awesome!! I still haven't put my S2K into storage yet, and sometime tells me you haven't either.

Yeah, it's been snowing out there since July. Okay, not quite, but for at least 2-3 weeks...

Shane, I don't think we've had a tonne of snow...15-20 cm maybe?
