Your FX would be considered rare here, and it probably is where you are too.

I only see a 2nd Gen FX maybe once a month up here. I am starting to see quite a few mire Infinitis though. In the summer lots of nice rides appear, old muscle cars etc but no exotics.

^probably true. I see a few Pcars 911's and maybe a F360 now and then. Otherwise a Z06 is about as exotic as it gets.

There are a few 2nd gen FX's but they sure haven't sold many. I see a few S2000s around too!

Is your car tucked away in the garage?

^ Yep, it sure is Deane. I've had it stored in the garage since the 3rd week of November. It was a great fall this year so I was able to drive it a little later this year. Now the countdown until spring begins........which I am sure you are familiar with.

Good stuff! Mine is across the harbour in underground parking. Just put it away on Wednesday night. Not a moment too soon. Snowed about 3 inches last night although lots melted today, and much warmer forecast with rain Monday onward.

Yeah, plenty familiar!

I saw an R8 parked outside our office building the other day. No one was I incredibly jealous of his car and the fact he has the ***** to drive that beauty in the winter, the wife/gf/mistress getting in wasn't half bad either

Some peoples children..

I see more bald tires and summers on the average car around here, which is worse considering its every second car I see them mounted on. Its scary what people deem as acceptable to drive in poor conditions.

That said when I was younger and infinitely more foolish, I sometimes would drive my dumped imported cars across the snow barren landscape. That would often result in the car involintarily consuming snow along side streets, though the main arteries were clear.

i saw a new m3 today with super slim summer tires, i feel bad for the car, but what a mean sounding car that is..

my neighborhood is full of Audi s mostly RS4s S5s and they are all on summer tires, yes they are 4 wheel drive but cant u spend a $1k tires on a $50k plus car, or maybe they dont even care.

funny part is 60-70% of the average cars (i mean like camries, mazda 3s) have winters but these people dont.

I see Carrera 4s and Audis all day long, but they're great in the snow. The one that made me shake my head the most was a gorgeous (imo) Ferrari 308 absolutely covered in salt and road grime. The wheels were so oxidized that this coulnt have been its first winter. Regardless of its worth, I just see that more shocking than a newer exotic in these conditions.

I've heard Porsche's can be great in the snow (4S), I'd just be worried about undercarriage clearance (my G scrapes snow underneath).
