LF: someone to get rid of my hyperblink will pay
hey guys i am looking for someone to do the wiring for my upgraded headlights, i have an 03 coupe but went to the 06+ projector headlights, not very tool savvy so i am looking for some help or if anyone can refer me somewhere that would be greatly appreciated, i am in the edmonton area.
if you have a USA set of projectors and installing them on a CDN car they are not setup for day time running ligths. Search in the Canadain section there are threads about it. At one time i did have the fix but i cant not seem to find the DIY any more.
Ask on 780 t00ners they know everything

Here is a DIY if you want to attempt it yourself.***edit*** the link is down there are several threads on it but i found this link to eliminate the hyper blink this wiring diagram should do it.

I gotta do this too. I have Canadian projectors on my car and the left signal doesn't hyperblink. The city light bulb does....LOL! So I drive with my headlights on to avoid this.

My brother helped me with this a while ago... I don't ever wish to have to do it again.
For everything to be wired properly you have to add 2 new relays per light, each relay has 5 wires (10 total), splicing/crimping/soldering. I think that it took around 8 hours of work counting the time to remove the bumper/headlights and put them back. And I'm not saying that someone with more knowledge can't do this faster... just that it took us a long time. Bit stressful as well.. this is something that you want to get right the first time around (don't need any electrical fires under the hood).
Plug and play would be a dream! It was worth it though..

The DIY will make sure EVERYTHING works perfectly. I have the original PDF file (walk through including pictures). It says it was made by someone on g35driver by the name of "elrooko", and I take no ownership of it.
Having said that, if anyone wants to host a copy of the file, I could e-mail it (rather then sending the file to a dozen different people). Let me know.
