One less G 6MT in the world...R.I.P

Today I got the news that I didn't want to hear the Insurance is writing off the G

I finally finished all the modding I wanted to to to this wonderful car and this is what I get, this car gave me nothing but smiles ear to ear every time I sat in the drivers seat I took care of it like it was my child some say I was a bit crazy for being so meticulous on how this car was kept.

I will truly miss this car I was not really ready to let her go for another 2 years so today I am a mess I just want to be alone, I feel like a teenage boy who's hot girlfriend has left him (not intended to be funny).

Now the hunt starts for another car, I'm probably going into another G although not as new as I bought the 04' I just don't have the funds to do that right now. If I don't find anything now I'll hold off but I'm going to be looking hard in the US due to out dollar. Ian I'll need your help buddy on this one.

Here is a transformation collage of my years with my G (my favorite car) starting with the 1st photo the day I picked it up.

Interior Pics taken in August last year.

Sucks to hear roy, but it's better off that it wasn't repaired and just written off.

Are they allowing you to get some of your parts? IE, rear lip and other aftermarket parts?

So Sad. Hope the $ you get will be fair and your next ride will give you as many smiles as the G did. I feel the same every time I get into mine. GL with your hunt.

Damn that suck Roy. Make sure that they are giving you the value for the parts, if not go and strip them off.

Well I went today to take some parts off my G, after balling like a child I got myself together and started working away. I managed to take everything off that I wanted to except for the exhaust. they wouldn't let me take that cause I'd have to replace it with another one. I got my 05' tails back, plenum spacer, shift boot along with new shifter I bought last summer, my CAI, my custom CF wrapped door handle inserts, Infiniti rubber mats and last but not least my NISMO rear lip. I'll be posting them soon in the classifieds so don't bother me.

Insurance is giving me a cheque for $16,700. which is not bad I guess for a car thats 7 years old and 95,000km I would have liked a grand more but by the time I sell my parts I should be pretty close if not way more if I decide on selling my 20's

I'm thinking of getting a brand new 2011 invisible vehicle 0 down 0 interest 0 payments and 0 on insurance. I'm going to use this $$ to pay my truck off, I'm only working 2 days a week so to have another car right now is pointless and I'm in no mood to buy something for the sake of buying something the 2 cars I want are not in my price range right now unless I come across an amazing deal that I cant pass up.

Could always buy a Z, they're cheap as ****.

Let me know if you want to sell me the Infiniti floor mats, send me a text.
